Good review, godly album indeed.

Still Life is just one of those "my jaw is dropping to the floor in amazement" albums.

Amazing album, great review. I've been listening to this album for 3 weeks and the songs are memorable once you start listening to the song, because you'll know what comes next. The album is simply amazing and flawless, even without more instrumental utilization.

The intro was a shame though, it could've been less cliche, but after that part your review was magnificent.

His voice is monumental factor is carving Opeth’s unparalleled atmosphere.

Should be "His voice is a factor in carving Opeth's unparalleled atmosphere". I'll fix 'er up.

Great work, buddy. By far and away your best review yet.

I'm really getting into Opeth, and this is definitely going to be my next stop.

the only opeth album that isnt $25.99 or more (besides Ghost Reveries) Perhaps I shall check this album out. Ghost Reveries was good, but is this one better? Judging by the rating I'm going to assume it is

This album completely blows ghost reveries out of the water, this album is just that breathtaking. I can only think of two albums that can rival this album (this of course is my opinion) and those are Blackwater Park, and Scenes From a Memory by Dream Theater.

This is still amazing. Moonlapse Vertigo and Face of Melinda have great vocals, on top of everything else. I'm still finding new things about this album. Awesome review too dude

I love that about this album. I keep finding new things as well even after having listened to it many, many times. Sometimes I notice a different rhythm line or an acoustic riff which is playing in the background which I had never noticed before, but which help in creating the most prominent hook.

Greatest Opeth album EVAR. They'll never be able to touch it. Or even come close.

Opeth's best, yeah, but Blackwater Park is almost as good, very very close.

I call bullshit. I'm really not the biggest fan of Blackwater Park. It's great, of course, but not up to par with their best works.
