I thought Undoing Ruin was great, but this is just a stunning album from start to finish. So powerful, and just a definite jump to the head of the pack for modern metal.

Regardless of the genre this is my favourite Darkest Hour album.
It's also a good album to recommend to anyone who hasn't heard the band before.
Love the solo in Demon(s) and the whole of Stand And Receive Your Judgement.

So after listening to this album all the way through a few times i have decided it is amazing. The riffs are so catchy they don't need constant breakdowns to keep your head banging. I use to not like darkest hour, but i am now in love with them because of this album...im also starting to dig some of there old stuff now too

I used to think was a very average album, but i'm listening to it now and really getting into it. A lot better than I remember (it has been over a month since I last listened to this)
An Ethereal Drain is still my favorite.

This really is a great album. It balances technicality and heaviness with melody and songwriting very well. The only problem I have is that the main leads start to sound a like. Norris falls back on sweeping a bit too much. Besides that tho, this is an awesome disc.
