It's a mix of too many genres with no balance or cooperation. Many songs in this album are based on
one simple and recurring riff and the composition just sounds too damn simple for Pain of Salvation (I
miss the guitar solos from Remedy lane).The lyrics is just embarrassing. Daniel uses low and cheap
language to pass his message about USA. And you know what? I've grown tired of his message. It has
its downs and ups, but mostly downs such as: Spitfall (Pathetic imitation of Mike Patton), Cribcaged
and Mrs. Modern Mother Mary. Everything else if fine somehow, I guess, but is that what we seek when
we listen to POS? Mediocrity?
