Domination lacks everything that Symphony X is. Its generic metal... not bad metal, but Symphony X have always gone beyond that sort of style. Outside the intro, that is. That parts awesome.

After seeing them play tracks 1-5 and 7 live, I just have to knock up the rating, not to mention their encore song made me and every other person in the theater cream their pants. All 25 minutes of their encore song...

Good review and i agree for the most part! But! Russell Allen, omfg I love that man. He makes every song so living! I love how he starts out in Set the world on fire, epic!
