Ghostface is probably my favourite Wu member now, just love the energy in his albums. The Cuban Linx albums are sweet, though - makes me feel like a badass gangster listening to Rae when I'm sitting in the uni library reading gay books.

I would personally say start with Supreme Clientele or OB4CL (Basically Ghost's album), but hey this is a classic as well.
I just love the fact of how many classics Wu has from this era. It's quite ridiculous.
