such a fantastic record -- probably the best of all Wu-related projects (OB4CL, Clientele and 36 Chambers are the only ones that are in the same ballpark for me)

Yeah. My only beef with the first track is that the clip they have is hellafuckinglong. Usually I just skip it. It was alright the first time, now, not so much.

the rhymes in liquid swords are so ill that its worths forwarding through the clip at the start just to hear them. my favourite rap album just ahead of 36 chambers, can't say i would be able to pick one favourite song though.

yeah this album is incredible. gza deserves to be called the genius, some of his rhymes are so smart and well constructed. doesn't hurt that his delivery is laid back and cool and not obnoxious like ghost or cappa.

I wouldn't say that Ghostface is obnoxious, just aggressive.
