Once you get used to the guitar sound, this album is pretty good.

It took me a while but im finally starting to appreciate this album as much as the other Burzum ones. Ive always loved the first song though and i still think the 25 mins one is shit

Why are their two different song titles for the album?
ex: Dunkelheit is called Burzum on my copy and on thsi site

dunkelheit means darkness in german, and is the translation of the word burzum, which is in 'orcish'. I think Varg maintains burzum is the correct title, but a lot of copies have it as Dunkelheit

This album is fucking brilliant, and it's slowly becoming my favorite from Burzum.
Varg does have some interesting beliefs (the majority of which I don't agree with) and he pretty much is a maniac, but I do think that he is a very smart man and he did not deserve a 21 year sentence, especially if Vikernes' side of the story is the truth.
