Lmao yea I didn't even know it was a longass song with a hidden track back when I discovered this because I found a rip of this album where somebody had chopped it off, so the t/t was just a 2:51 long banger. Hidden tracks have always been dumb as hell and should not be a thing

I thought hidden tracks were a fun novelty back in the day. AFI always had some of their best work like This Time Imperfect hidden. They really lost any purpose whatsoever with streaming imo.

ive never fucked w the concept its so annoying. even when its a song i really like (the used's choke me or circa survive's house of leaves for particularly notable ones) id so much rather the song just happen right after then having to either wait or skip through what could be 10+ minutes of silence depending on the record shit has always been such a pain in the ass

I remember I'd specifically cut out the silence on tracks for me iTunes catalog. Thankfully labels would do it for you at times like Black Sails on the Nitro afi compilation. This albums hidden track is kinda cute but I don't think I left it in whenever I put it on my ipod.
