I personally think Pig Destroyer is a fantastic name. It was originally supposed to be Cop Killer but they thought that was too on the nose. I personally think most band names are neutral until the band defines it with their music/aesthetic.

Their album art is iconic. In fact, this is one of my favorite album covers of all time. Fits the "murky basement" feeling of the album to perfection. It's so strikingly abhorrent, but strangely beautiful as far as complimenting the music goes.
