albums never done anything for me, but i enjoy it here and there. i think each FOB album got progressively worse, but none were bad until their reunion. then they got REALLY bad

Same here although Save Rock n Roll had some decent songs
The Phoenix, My Songs Know, Alone Together, and Just One Yesterday are all still tracks that I return to with some level of frequency

Alone Together is such a jam.

I agree with those who say this was their peak although I had originally hoped it was the launching point for even better things.

those and the other good songs of SR&R are a little too overproduced for me to deem genuinely great but they are certainly enjoyable as hell and warrant returning to on occasion

First half of the album is excellent, second falls off a little bit, but it's still good.
Nothing tops Folie a Deux, imo.

Cork, this, and Folie were their trifecta
their newer stuff has some jams but is mostly an afterthought

Album Rating: 2.0
their newer stuff has absolutely zero jams and their debut was their peak

Album Rating: 5.0
debut has some personality lacking in the later releases, but overall grand theft autumn is the only song I really come back to from it
