You know I must admit the line up for this could be worse. That being said, anyone who actually buys this is a complete moron, and this is coming from a fan of the band. Greatest hits...three albums....doesn't exactly add up. And they certainly missed Shameful...

Here's the thing, Atreyu writes some good songs and they write some incredibley bad ones. The bottom line is that they cannot put together a complete record. The Curse was pretty bad, but their new release was at least a baby step in the right direction and enjoyable despite being extremely short. But yeah I agree that this is probably just for scams sake ala Victory trying to market this down people's throats.

I saw an Atreyu video on FUSE. I couldn't tell you the song, but some four year old is walking through an adult party looking disgruntled while the band is dressed up ala My Chemical Romance in "Ghost of You." And then the drummer is singing and drumming in his suit and the lead vocalist is screaming with his suit and lipring and I actually snorted in disgust.

I just f**king laughed my guts out when I saw that album cover. It looks almost exactly the same as the sticker I had in my crib when I was a baby...21 odd years ago. They can't even come up with an original album cover LOL.
As for the album, having a "best of" after only 3 albums is putting 1/3 of everything on there. Victory is just trying to milk this cow dry before they can't anymore.This Message Edited On 01.31.07

Honestly, I'd give it a 3. It's good music, it's catchy, it's nothing special, but it's not bad. Well, the vocals are, but honestly, Atreyu is not that bad.
