the best album clapton played on mostly due to the presence of duane allman, contains one of the best song ever Layla




^and Layla wouldn't be half as powerful without Allman's brilliant hook. There must be a lot of people who give Clapton undeserved credit for it.

Truly; the Allmans' At Fillmore East is in my top 3 best live albums ever, at least. Not only due to Duane, of course, but oh my, his playing was unmatched.
