I haven't listened to anything post-Light Grenades, but this band has pretty much the perfect evolutionary arc. Starting off being Mr. Bungle wannabes before evolving into the alt rock tour de force of Morning View/Make Yourself then graceful maturity on Crow and Light Grenades. Every album different, but still good.
