Nothing's delusional about that at all. Those albums are pretty much always compelling throughout their whole runtime while this one would be a bit lower than a 4 for me if it weren't bookended by excellent material with at least one standout track in the middle (Altar of Sacrifice). Many of the other tracks are just decent.

I do probably spin Peace Sells more than RiB just because I prefer melodic, even mid-tempo metal over more extreme stuff. That said, the highlights here are worthy of "best metal song EVAAA" and the kind of songs you would play to convert someone to extreme metal. Honestly Dark Angel and Destruction might as well have a "thrash fans only" disclaimer.
