speaking of caring and killing, kurt is remastering it.

It will be released in november, the profits will go to hydra records

I dig what they were going for with NH they kinda seemed to be trying to a find a balance to find their correct style, the aggression and uber abrassiveness of JD and the sludgy atmosphere of YFM but the song writing is pretty weak

Speaking of remasters, didn't Kurt remastered the debut? I really wanna check out how that turned out, even though I don't think a lot could change since the song writing was also weak there

@gwyn The biggest flaw in NH are the vocals for me, they just aren't varied enough. On Jane and YFM it's fine because they are hyper emotional and creepy, and on Axe and AWLB they are varied a lot. On NH they are mostly samey and noisy. I disagree about the songwriting, except a few of the songs repeat certain sections one time too many. Most of the tracks are killer, it's just too abrasive and samey to take it in all at once.

I find a lot of NH's tracks just fly by without leaving any impact on me

It also sort of has to do with the fact that it feels less intelligent and interesting, a lot of is just... a lot of mindless aggression that gets really old when listened too much

Has fantastic tracks in it to be sure
