^^^ It is. Right outside of Baker, CA...you come around that hill on I-15, and you wonder who in the heck came up with that name for a tiny spot on the map like that (of course, you have to look at the right map to see it, it's so small...). I think there was even a movie about it. But I'm way more familiar with the road and its exit off of the freeway than the actual town.

The song's cool, too.

Vol. III > Anything else by Corey Taylor. Not to say that he hasn't done some other pretty cool stuff, but Vol. III is the best of all.

Normally I wouldn't compare two bands like this,but here we go...

SK=Slipknot
SS=Stone Sour

SK:All Hope is Gone>SS:Stone Sour>SK:Vol 3>SS:Come What(Ever) May>SK:Slipknot>SK:Iowa.

That's my take.

Good album. Its good hard rock and catchy tunes. I dont care much about the lyrics to be honest (reviewer would have given it a 4 if the lyrics werent so bad). I think all musicians are crappy writers and couldnt give a damn what there saying. its all about the vibe and the music and how the lyrics are sung. If you want good lyrics go read some poetry.

4 years after their debut LP, Iowan alt-metal outfit Stone Sour find time in their busy schedule to return with 2nd LP 'Come What(ever) May'. And thank goodness they did, since the quintet work as a cohesive whole on this wonderfully diverse album. Showcasing a more commercially accessible sound here, this LP is no less dark & edgy for it. Lead vocalist Corey Taylor transitions from manic to tender in a heartbeat, while the musicianship is impressively tight & versatile throughout. 'Through Glass' may stand out, but there really should be something for everyone here. Recommended Tracks: Through Glass, Hell & Consequences, 30/30-150 & Reborn.

I'm confused, people on here are saying it's radio friendly. I've never heard any of these songs on the radio, not even anything in this nature (mainstraim radio channels). I wish the mainstraim radio channels played hard rock in Holland -.-.

Pretty decent album.
