Mid-tier Priest [2]
For all intents and purposes, basically their Black Album or Countdown to Extinction

IM FURIOUS
Nah this is bottom top tier priest. Not quite as good as defenders, screaming or painkiller but not very far off.

It's 6th in my ranking, but still really solid. Still, I prefer the first 4 and Death Magnetic overall

"Black album best Metallica" Another mid tier opinion LOL. That's 3 in a row within like 60 seconds

black album is best tallica.
Been getting into it more, but don't agree.
It is the most varied of their first 5 tho.

United is still one of their cringiest songs ever.

That I agree with. Album would possibly be a 4.5 without that track

This and SfV are close for me. Neither has the strongest set of songs as far as I'm concerned, but both have hard jam value.
Few bands have known how to make metal fun like Priest. They have been geniuses in that respect.

Used to hate "Metal Gods" and now love the fuck out of it
Been getting into Grinder as well, which took effort.
And yes, United is hard the worst song on here.

Rapid Fire, Grinder, Breaking the Law, and Metal Gods were how I learned to play guitar so Side A has a special place in my heart

Electric Eye was the 1st Priest song I remember attempting on guitar. That and the You've Got Another Thing Comin' riff.
Plus, those were among the first Priest songs I ever heard.
Btw, The Rage has one of my all-time fave Priest riffs.
