there are some brilliant songs on here - combat, beware, xerces, rivere, kimdracula - but some pretty average to poor ones - mein, never really got rapute or rats, pink celloephone - and it's really disjointed as an album. Deftones are on top form in parts but they get knocked down quite a bit, which I don't think Diamond Eyes suffers from.

Diamond Eyes had better sequencing for sure, but the last 2 songs are weak, and the album doesn't cover nearly as much ground as SNW. Also doesn't seem as authentic to me for some reason
