"Hole in the Earth" is similar to "Minerva" in its message, but I prefer "Hole" a lot more since it also kind of deals with the band's issues at the time and the rift it created between everyone.
"Kimdracula" is ace Deftones.

There are so many gems on here but it’s a toss up between Cherry Waves, Combat, Kimdracula, and Rivière for me. I think this album has a killer back half (besides Pink Cellphone obviously).

Both SNW and s/t get shitted on regularly in most circles and I think it's because the band themselves has associated them with their dark days, almost breaking up and having a dysfunctional process throughout the recording of them, which probably induces the belief in some people that these albums are bad just because the band dislikes them for the most part.
