I had my dad get me this for my birthday that year. It was released right before my birthday and I couldn't afford it.

God damn this album is perfect. In my opinion only two songs aren't perfect, Tales of a scorched earth and Bullet With Butterfly Wings.

Probably one of the best double disc albums ever released. It's hard to maintain focus and cohesion with such a massive amount of material.

I'm not sure how you think Scorched Earth is not perfect compared to the rest of the album, but everyone's got their own opinion I suppose. I remember thinking that song was like the heaviest shit I'd ever heard upon listening to it for the first time back in the day. It definitely still slays, me thinks.

Jellybelly is one of my favourite songs by the Pumpkins, rocks so hard and just has a generally optimistic feel throughout.

That song is still badass, don't get me wrong. But I think its slightly weak compared to the album I guess.
