i discovered this and live after death around the same time - someone that my father worked with had a son that had all their albums up to that point and my pops gave him a bunch of blank tapes to record them. i'll never forget the day he brought them home....

Give Brave New World a shot. Or even just a track or two, totally different energy on that one. I fuckin' adore it. "The Mercenary". "The Wicker Man", "Out of the Silent Planet" if you want rippers, T/T for the best fuckin' leads this side of Killers, and the super underrated "The Nomad" if you're up for an epic.
