I haven't listened to The 59 Sound in full, but considering this is one of the finest records ever conceived, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

The main difference between the two is that TGA would be like "Hey guys, lets go to the Johnny Rockets, gets some burgers and eyeball that new waitress gal" while TA would be like "Hey guys lets get really drunk and go steal the New Jersey interstate sign and then go piss on cop cars"
