"Bruh you're a fan of Tom Delonge..."
The fact that I enjoy one singer with an annoying voice doesn't mean I like all of them

It's still funny though. It's like a Dylan fan and complaining about someone's vocals. Or an Yngwie fan complaining about guitar wank.

I get what you mean, but it all depends on the level of personal enjoyment with singers like this. For some reason I enjoy Tom's weird vocals and his stupid accent, but get annoyed by the same things with Axl. Therefore, I can also understand why so many people like this so much. I'm just not one of them.
If I had to give this another chance though, what songs should I listen to?

I assume you've already heard Welcome to the Jungle, Sweet Child o Mine and Paradise City ad infinitum, so I'd suggest Rocket Queen, Mr Brownstone and Nightrain.

I’ve always thought Think About You was underrated, and one of my personal favorites off the album.
