Some of the growls are indecipherable but when the bloke sings he can sing with the best of ‘em. It’s an amazing counterbalance between beast and beauty. It all adds to the magic.

GR has a real lush production and banger tracks but I’m not big on the last song, the cleans or the mellotron. Even though I’m a tart for nice cleans I just prefer the older sombre haunting cleans of prior albums.
