Well, seems this is no.1 in the general charts and has raised from 3.4 to 3.5 in its rating. This album getting a second life then as the new opeth approaches?

I sure hope Opeth don't disappoint again. They have been on life support these past few years!

But yeah if Eternal Rains represents what most of Pale Communion sounds like then it's gonna rule. Just hope there's no more songs as weak as Cusp of Eternity.

For me those two songs plus Folklore, Nepenthe and I Feel the Dark are all better.

Such a somber and beautiful way to end the record. Reminds me of Isolation Years from Ghost Reveries

As long as the rest of the album rules as hard as Eternal Rains then Pale Communion will be awesome.
