Yeah, I'll probably enjoy anything Neige-related. Blessed to have him.

Agreed this album is definitely magical. I love how it kinda just does it's own thing. Idk really any others that really sound like it.

"I used to feel the same way but then they grew a lot, one of the best albums ever"

"I used to feel that way too. I think the different style of the middle tracks just threw me off. Love the whole thing now."

That's good to hear. Yeah they really do have a different style to them than the other 3, I suppose that's just throwing me off too.

I also wasn't too into them at first. The hope is real.

The closing track to this album is so fucking good.

"I also wasn't too into them at first. The hope is real."

Hell yeah, now I feel all warm and fuzzy. I'll keep spinning the whole album.

Yes and the new one is almost as good. It doesn't maybe reach the heights of this, but I think it's more consistent.

Album rules. It was refreshing to see a few of these songs live.

Definitely! Écailles De Lune (part II) and Sur L'Océan Couleur De Fer both sounded amazing. One of my favorite live bands I've seen recently.

They were terrible, Hawks. They only played a one-song set and it was from Shelter.

I love Shelter, but it gets the least amount of love around here so I picked it hoping to help Hawks feel better..

Shelter doesn't have the depth, imagination and high highs of this and Kodama. Plus the production is pretty muddy on certain songs. That said I still love it.

shelter has its flaws as well like mongi pointed out but it gives me certain imagery and ethereal vibes their more metal stuff doesn't although it's all very pretty
