I'm an audiophile, but I wouldn't predict a huge (if any) difference between the leaked mp3 and any lossless file. MP3 compression has gotten really good over the years to the point where I doubt people could reliably tell the difference between 320kbps and lossless. Maybe if the leak was 128kbps or lower it might be discernible.
FWIW I'm listening via a Modwright Oppo DAC, Violectric V281 amp, and a variety of headphones (mostly been digging the ZMF Verite lately). I've yet to give a listen to my speaker setup (Marantz AVR, ATI amp, Legacy Whisper speakers), but the kind of details heard on file compression is usually more noticeable on headphones anyway.
