I gotta jam this one. First two albums are amazing, but I hate Simple Math.

This one is amazing. I do love the one that came after also but this is the one.
Also have a framed poster of it and my gf thought the artwork was of someone hanging themself lol

Idk why I could never get into that one at all. But this? Could see it becoming a 5 one day.

I also heard this for the first time this year and it’s one of the better discoveries i’ve made this year.

This shit just hits so hard emotionally. We'll see if the 5 holds up, but it usually does when I get this feeling lol.

Simple Math is pretty good, just find it to be inconsistent. After this I’d say their second best is Mean Everything to Nothing, followed by the debut. And while Cope is their worst or 2nd worst perhaps, it’s still solid imo.

Just an incredibly emotionally cathartic and authentic album. Which is a rarity in this day and age of bullshit and static.

Still gotta hear Cope, which I'm gonna jam today, but for now I'd say:
1. A Black Mile to the Surface (5)
2. I'm Like a Virgin Losing a Child (4.3)
3. Mean Everything to Nothing (4.2)
4. The Million Masks of God (4.2)
5. Simple Math (2.8)

Black Mile 5
Mean Everything to Nothing: 4 (close to 4.5 though, Shake it off is incredible)
I’m like a virgin losing a child: 4
Simple Math: 3.5
Million Masks of God: 3.5
Cope: 3
I don’t know that they’ll ever outdo themselves with Black Mile. An album that perfect comes but once every couple years.
