It’s less that I can’t sit through an album and more that my brain just gets sudden urges to listen to certain things and in today’s day and age there’s nothing stopping me from just putting on whatever I want at any time, except for the notion that it’s the ā€œimproperā€ way to listen to music which I don’t care about

Yeah I’m a right scallywag alright. I may have created a playlist or two back in my iPod days. Sometimes I even put my ā€˜big playlist’ on shuffle, as shameful as that sounds. Argh need a bloody shower now. Disgusting behaviour.

P.S. Has anyone checked the new songs yet?

Yeah I bugged Jom to add them to the database, it’s under EPs. Two great songs, nothing mind blowing

check Shohei Amimori was the mind blowing part !
ngl getting very sketched out at them not announcing a release date for the new cosidetto ALBUM -_- wouldn't exactly be a stretch.

Colts try not to give into your impulses, mediate or something idk. Seriously though I have absurd discipline and patience in that regard (less so in other areas of life), guess there’s nothing wrong with listening to whatever you like, my ā€˜urges’ usually happen to come in album format.

this is sitting a very comfortable 4 for me. a few sections feel a bit unnecessarily stretched out but besides that the lot of this is incredible. a lot of variety as far as how the sound textures are constructed. the unpredictable idm incorporation into the shoezy atmosphere makes this much more engaging than a lot of other -gaze classics that i don't quite resonate with

can very much see this growing on me. thanks for the rec, Jimmy and ColeT

best ending to that song is to jumpcut it on "breakdown bby" into either Dedicated or Palomar from Alura, depending on mood

Yeah 'cookies' is the worst section of the album. Too long, and executed better at the end of To All the Dancers... anyway

Yeah, Dancers and the closer cover that gazey sound much better; always thought those two are a lil underrated here
