it has its moments for sure, I just didn't care much for Dying Star and Zagreus, maybe that warrants another listen, fuck it

Fair. This is a more melodic album. Personally, I stand by my 5 for this.

yeah they shot for the moon here, and they came close, but a couple of things here furrow my brow a bit, i.e. Atropos' second half and AI generated music video. Still, even after my gripes, a fantastic album.

No ai or machine learning here.

Dope band making some really fun metalpop. Or popcore. br />

That’s why I really love this album. The dudes all made it happen. It’s a fun amazing album. The riffs are there. That’s why I give it a 5 personally.

The album also helped me through a tough time in my life and helped me.

I daresay it's a twin album with P4, the Mezmerize/Hypnotize of this band, similar to P3

Good comparison. Altough I would say with soad.. I think they knew they were about done.

Periphery has gas in the tank. They all get along

that's speculative but I agree, these guys just make music when they want to and not when pressured, thanks to them leaving Sumerian and just doing their own thing and publishing other artists.
