Yeah for some reason Blood Mountain didn't really jive with me, which is weird because I enjoyed Remission and Leviathan a lot. That's the one album I want to revisit. Seems like every time I try to I get distracted with other things

BM is one of the hardest to get into but Wolf is Loose, Capillarian Crest, Bladecatcher, Colony of Birchmen (only to mention a few that came up to mind) are too fuckin mind-blowing to take that lightly X) m/

Blood Mountain was my introduction to the Don & it blew my mind, maybe my perspective is different because of that but it's my fave along with Leviathan. I can see why it might take a while to digest for some though.

Roots Remain is def best track. Good to see Brann singing more. Really coming into his own. Love Sultan’s Curse, Ancient Kingdom and Clandestiny too but RR is the best.
