I genuinely forget Baseline isn't some musty old incel man a lot of the time. Anyways, Jacob's vocals are way more coarse than the singer from Pupil Slicer. The abrasiveness/coarseness of his tone is a positive but I can see where it would be polarizing I guess. Absolutely essential piece of the band though sonically, lyrically, and, obviously, with the art style as well.

It’s not, because converge aren’t a mainstream band. Don’t get it twisted, I’ve been to more than a few sold out converge shows. I realize how popular they are in the scene. But rolling stone would (and I’m sure have) would readily give a higher spot to someone like Lars Ulrich before they would Ben.
