I disagree about WIngs 1 being filler. Lipan is meh agreed. Lost Keys should've been shorter. And Viginti is meh as well

Nah. Unlike many sputs, I don't think this album has any unnecessary moments. I really like the slow, deliberate stuff (more than I like the immediate stuff of Aenima).

That's what I thought at first too but I'd say that if your intros/interludes/outros don't actually add anything to the album they might as well be considered filler because essentially all they are doing is lengthening the record without bringing anything

"Wings for Marie" makes the climax of "10,000 Days" stand out that much more. Without it, the song just doesn't hit anywhere near as hard. I stand by my statement. With the exception of "Lipan Conjuring", there is no filler on this album. And even that track is in the vein of shit they done on every album.
