I'm a big fan of getting newbies to check out Goodbye Cool World! first (it should floor you in one way or another) but Scrambles and Adults! are definitely the most immediate.

Goodbye Cool World is my favourite BTMI! for sure. It just has so much energy and the concept is brilliantly executed (there's supposed to be a concept, right?)
