Axe really didn't need to step it up after this, his drumming on here is some of the best I've ever heard. I'm sure his drumming will be one of the main highlights on the new album whether he steps it up or not.

Hard to compare his drumming on here to the new tracks, his drumming on Eternal seems more urgent whereas its free flow as hell on here.

That "free flow" is my favourite thing about his drumming, I still loved his drumming on Eternal though.
