Dude, WHAT?! See, this is why this album is so underrated. This blows To Be Everywhere and Palms out the fucking water. Fire/Water is certainly a good argument for their second best and Beggars is great, but it’s no M/M. Every fucking song on this is gold. Treading Paper, Anthology, Words in the Water, Cataracts, Promises, Blinded, Call it in the Air, Disarmed — come on, those are all either 4.5 or 5 songs.
Xingking will back me up on this. Motherfucker knows what’s up.

So I might have to retract that statement lol, think it was based primarily on how much Beggars blows this out of the water and how great Death From Above is. This has a few slouches (Listen Through Me, Blur, Call It In The Air) but its highlights are mostly slightly better than TBE's and the midway tracks have more charm. Also forgot that Alchemy Vol. 3/4 exists; this sits on top of that, but Illusion thru Vheissu, Vol. 1/2 and Beggars are all v comfortably above every album mentioned here
