Wasn't a big fan of this back in the day but had to bump my rating coming back to it because the noodly parts are very, very nice. What album next? Also what album do the guitars get the most noodly on?

Instrumentally, I think this is one of their stronger, if not strongest, albums. I'm just not a big fan of the way Kurt's vocal style was when he was in this band
As a whole, I prefer DBM over what I have heard, and Instant Gratification is also a good time. I find their discog to be pretty up and down and I typically come back to more specific songs than just wanting to jam an entire LP, tho

DBM2 was a let down for me. I think it was a combo of my Kurt upset and it not touching the original. Jonny still had it when I saw em live at least. Maybe due for a relisten but supporting them in anyway seems annoying lol.

@vult my man! I have some Mattias art and his first 3 volumes of sketchbooks. The man is a beast. I was going to just buy the happiness print from him but he has never made it available.
