I recall the allegations claiming they exchanged nudes when she was a minor and the rest happened later. absolutely shitty, but regardless.
And the reason he didn't state clearly what happened in his apology is because that sends you straight to jail. You meet with a lawyer and discuss what to do next, and I guarantee posting all the details of your wrongdoing on fucking facebook isn't what you do. It's common sense.
