Nothing new yet. I don't know if the Pats have made an offer, word on the street is that we have though. Can't imagine he'd choose to come here and I'm pretty weary of signing ANOTHER vet nearing the tail end of their career, but hell, we need SOMEBODY.

We've officially reached the point of the offseason where we have nothing to do but stand around and check the calendar lol

Yeah pretty much lol… also i think this offseason was a bit quieter than the last one… could be wrong on that

Well all the big news happened early and happened quick, it seems. Now we're adrift :^(
Now, when minicamp starts up, we might get an uptick in drama, since there will be contract things and holdouts and all that jazz. Not sure if we're in danger of those shenanigans, but you never know.

Yeah… the camp hype is dead within me. I just can’t bring myself to care…

Good, camp hype is legit manufactured to keep people engaged and drive clicks during this part of the offseason. Practice and camp scrimmages mean almost nothing outside of maybe injuries occurring.

Excuse me sir but you have not experienced a proper Titans camp if that's your take, we MUST hype up the random undrafted WR that makes a circus catch in camp and trust me they're gonna be Randy Moss.
Call me when Colton Dowell is MVP, it won't take long !

I'm so glad Rhamondre Stevenson is getting some spotlight in league circles coming into this season. Dude is freaking STUD and I saw something special in him the moment I saw him play his first preseason game for the Patriots. He is going to be a massive factor in if they can turn their offense around, and Belichick apparently LOVES him.
When James White says someone is special, I believe it. JW is one of my favorite players of all time, so I trust him.

White is pretty underrated among non-Pats fans. Dude was one of the most reliable pieces on that offense for a while and reportedly had a high football IQ. The 28-3 comeback doesn't happen without him.

He was also the most reliable fantasy player from the Patriots. Pats players are notoriously unreliable in fantasy but White would always have enough all-purpose yards to do damage.
And yes, very high football IQ. ALWAYS found the gap and knew exactly how to dive through tackles to get just enough. yards. The final run in the 28-3 comeback is a prime example. Brady also ADORED him and wanted him to go to the Bucs with him.

He even said he should have gotten MVP for that SB, and really, he's got a decent enough argument for it. But I doubt we'll see positions outside of QB ever win those kind of awards again, that's just how the league is.

Yeah he 100% deserved MVP, though it could have gone to multiple people (Hightower with key sacks/forced fumbles, Edelman for popping off, etc.)

If Kupp couldn't get it, no non-QB ever will lol. Sad but true.

This is the football thread, I'm afraid. Dance Gavin Dance is not a real band.
