Cinema Show is amazing, Firth of Fifth is as well but the lyrics are pretty laughable

Hackett just lets loose on this. Band does as a whole.

This used to be JT's fave Genesis actually, but eventually he came to prefer The Lamb and Foxtrot to this.

Foxtrot is a very close second for me.

It did? I don't remember it being my favourite. Well except when it was the only one I'd heard as this was my first Genesis album if I remember correctly.

^^Fox yea; Lamb I'm not too sure.

Don't get me wrong, The Lamb has some of their best material. It's just
that this one floors me a lot more.

I knew I preferred this to The Lamb originally (I've said many times that The Lamb took ages to grow on me) and I think this was like tied with Foxtrot at one point but yeah this definitely isn't close to my favourite any more.

To me that speaks volumes about the quality of the other two album's as they've obviously become my favourites over time and still continue to grow now.

Foxtrot comes pretty close yeah I used to have it 5'd

Lamb is a solid 4 and not much more than that, I can't really get into it like everyone else. The longer songs are AMAZING though

I would have laughed at this even when I did prefer this to The Lamb.

Well yeah, can't go wrong with WotS + SR, only similar combo I can think of is SOYCD on
WYWH (on classic prog anyways).
