the only main issue i could levy is the hit-and-miss emotional peaks to the stories. like "can i still get into heaven if i kill myself" is such a great climax in king park and then you've got stuff like "we buried our son today" which feels so crappy and overwrought and heavy handed in i see everything which has a really nice flow up to that point.
