Well according to the crowdfunding figures, taxes are seperate from the property cost and sit at $250 000. Also not like they could buy a building that already exists or anything...they've gotta raise one from the earth themselves. Y'know I don't want to be too cynical but the more I look at it the more none of this adds up, legit if I didn't know any better I'd almost think it was a scam.
