I'd say Permanent Waves to Grace Under Pressure is golden era Rush
but a lot of people would be angry at not including 2112 through Hemispheres

I'd say everything from 2112 (possibly even Caress, although I'm well aware that's not a very popular opinion) to Grace is their golden era. I'm also a pretty big fan of both Power Windows and Hold Your Fire, but I just don't think they quite hit the mark. And then Presto's my least favorite Rush album... but considering how much of a fanboy I am, it's still around a 3/5 for me

hold your fire is pretty underrated even though it's obviously flawed, but presto and roll the bones are pretty low for Rush imo

Yeah Presto is almost surely their worst. Only good songs I find from there are Chain Lightning and The Pass.
