@KILL - You'll hate me for this, I do like Rush. But at the same time I think Neil is overrated. Dont get me wrong! He is an amazing drummer! But I dont like him as much as most people do.
I've been playing off and on for probably a total of ... 5-6 years. I unfortunately take year(s) long brakes all the time, one of which I'm in the middle of now.

Yeah I've heard hemispheres, drumming runs in my family and Neil is my uncle's hero so he's made me listen to everything from them. I'm not saying hes not good, he is incredible for sure! I appreciate what he's done for the world of drumming, and all the people he has inspired... I dont know what it is about him really, I just think there are better drummers out there.

Agreed. I actually like most of the instrumentation on Rosetta Stoned. I also think Maynard's vocal approach fits the song's lyrical content.
