god I love this site.

Sweet zak. Yeah, Piper grew on me hard. I didn't like it much back when I first heard it, but heard it twice recently and I think it rules. I def need to revisit Saucerful and More.

Ummagumma is prob the weakest of Floyd's early output, although some might give More that title.

As long as no one's dissing Obscured by Clouds as the worst, I'm happy.

Well I don't think that many people will say that.

AMLoR has the lowest average out of all their albums so it seems most on the site consider it worst Floyd.

Good, I have a soft spot for that one. It's like 4th best Floyd in my opinion.

Wait a minute Ars. You said that this was your 2nd fave. Animals is your fave. ObC is your 4th fave. Where do TDSotM and WYWH stand for you?

Dark Side is 3rd.

WYWH is 5th. It's great, but somehow Obscured clicks with me better.

Still love all 5 though.

I 5'd all 5 haha.

He's got some strange opinions agreed.

He also doesn't skip songs when he jams albums, save FNM's War Pigs

cover.

Also, he put On the Run above Money, Time, and Us and Them.

But who am I to judge?

I usually don't when I'm listening to a whole album unless I'm just not feeling it at the moment.

Example: skip Electioneering on OK Computer because I'm just not in the right mood for a crazy track like that.

Nah man, when the dan man dislikes, he skips.

I sometimes give tracks a few seconds or maybe a minute to redeem

themselves, but if they annoyeth the dan man's ear, the dan man

skippeth.

It also helps me test the consistency of an album (or at least, that's

how I see it).

I know you all just happily accepted that arguments are pointless and opinions should be respected but are we really gonna pretend this is okay?

I like all 9 songs on the album (10 if you count Speak to Me and Breathe as separate tracks), but "Money" underwhelms

me. I still really like "Time" and 'Us and Them", but I prefer "On the Run" to them.

^None of these songs are in my top 4 Dark Side anyway...

Breathe

breathe in the air...

Don't be afraid to care...

Leave

but don't leave me...

Look around, choose your own ground...
