No, I am asking you to prove the fact that Nickelback lyrics are 'better'/'more intelligent' than CTTS lyrics. I don't think you can.

I never said that Nickelback's lyrics were more intelligent. I simply meant that while Nickelback's lyrical output is the idiotic outpourings of apes, Drew's lyrics are an insidious attempt to create something that appears to be artistic, poetic and comparable with classical literature. This is my subjective take on his lyrics, and while I think it's impossible to 'prove' anything like what you're asking, I do believe I could write an extremely good argument backing up that point of view. I don't ask people to prove their points, just to give a more detailed opinion than 'nah it's awesome poetry and that's all there is to it'. This isn't so I can flame them in any way, I just enjoy talking about music.
