I probably like drake as an artist more than Nas too in my heart of hearts, but this album is easily better than any of drake’s, and I think it alone cements nas’ position as one of the great rappers of all time, which I don’t think Drake is. I love the beats on this album but it’s the rapping that gets it there, so fluid and super smart and vivid

I’ve listened to doggfather, blue carpet treatment, the bush, and one other one I can’t remember. Couldn’t pay me enough to actually sit through all of his albums lol. Ridiculously boring ever since Doggystyle
But even considering his involvement in the chronic, he has two noteworthy albums under his belt. Both from over two decades ago. And I still see people call him one of the GOATs all the time. Like just nah fam not at all
