Look I’m not immune to gimmicks, some of my favorite bands are very gimmicky with all kinds of elaborate stage presentations. It’s super cool to me when a band has an image that matches what the music sounds like. What really gets me about their gimmick is that I have no idea how it connects to anything. Idk man if you’re gonna dress up like a knock off Pale Man from Pan’s Labyrinth I hoping for something more exciting than plastic djent pop.
