Hawks is spot on, honestly I was okay with him when he was just a lite lil wayne, he never progressed as an artist just changed his beats to the most up to date trend he could while sprouting off the same exact nonsense he always had.

And 'we cry together' is just acknowledgement of heated arguments in a dysfunctional marriage, I don't think kendrick was popping in and out the studio during mr morale to backhand his wife.

No that's why she's all over the album actually, Kendrick couldn't finish the album cause he had to drive home every fifteen minutes to go beat her, so they eventually settled on her being the second narrator. I believe this because the Drizzler told me so, who I am told is a very trustworthy individual.

I’m just saying their relationship is clearly toxic af, by Kendrick’s own admission. I don’t know the details just like you guys don’t know the details.

Preface… I fuckin love that track. But I don’t think that that’s an accurate portrayal at all of what their relationship is like… at least not at this point in time. It wouldn’t shock me at all if that’s what it was like TPAB-DAMN era tho

Their relationship isn't clearly anything because we aren't part of it so there's no way of knowing one way or the other

@nol

Plus there is just close to fuckin zero passion behind it. Besides never mind, all of his shit that dropped over the last fuckin decade have been bloated ass pieces of dogshit to pump streaming numbers up. Push Ups is quite literally the best fucking thing he’s ever done and that track, post Kendrick going absolutely fucking nuclear on his ass, is decent AT BEST

You can’t say that about kdot, even if you don’t like this record or think DAMN is overrated… there’s clearly a lot of love and passion behind all of his shit. It’s the exact opposite for the degrassi bitch

I have 1000x more respect for Kendrick as a musician

Same, as both a musician and a person, and it’s literally not even close.

And slex you are absolutely correct… but when you got the man’s brother in law basically calling drakes claim bullshit then that’s as close to confirmation we’re getting unless Whitney comes out and says otherwise

Alright we not gonna pretend Drake didnt fight back in this one. Drake did a good job, hes not a terrible rapper by any stretch. Hes just not anywhere close to Kendrick in terms of being an mc.

He’s a piece of shit and has countless ghost writers, that and the massive difference in quality are what separates them

And he’s a fake ass bitch from the real mean streets of white upper class Toronto fucking canada and tries to act hard. Kenny is from Compton, and he doesn’t have to try to act hard

So yes aubrey deserves every bit of hate he’s getting, from the fantanoheads, to our shit we have here, r/KendrickLamar and twitter at large.

Judging by how Drake completely misunderstood Mother I Sober, I would guess he came up with his "Kendrick beats Whitney" narrative from We Cry Together.

dont forget he opens Family Matters with "you mentioned my seed now deal with his dad" when Kendrick NEVER talked about Drake's kid in Euphoria or 6:16, he just brought up Drake being a shitty father figure lol. Dude either has awful comprehension skills or was trying to do the in-the-battle-lie but it just didn't quite connect.
