Album is incredibly boring, produced terribly, and honestly Ollie is just about the only saving grace on it bar some occasionally nice guitar work.

I wish I could love Drown but I find it to be pretty bland in comparison to some tracks here, or on any of their albums. I don't know why but I've just never gotten into it like everyone else..

Drown has one of the best vocal performances in BMTH's career, but when a band makes such a drastic genre switch from a core genre to alt rock, it's not gonna be received as well by a multitude of people.

I mean, I had one Suicide Season track on my top ten

But it's not their best album.

well my mate was raving about them (just heard them on the radio) and i loved the look on his face when i showed him that they weren't always the alt rock band they are today

They're actually much bigger in the UK than they are here.

We're not all in the US, BMTH actually ranked pretty highly on an iconic Australian radio countdown. Hmm it might be time to actually listen to this thing

I really think you should jam it Balls; don't think of it as a BMTH album, think of it as an alt rock / alt metal album.

The vocals performance on Drown is easily fantastic I agree.. I just don't find the overall track interesting enough. It's just very samey and... basic. BMTH have the ability to create far more interesting material.

Nah, they've got a fairly solid discog. This is watered down garbage for the most part.
